Rice washed water inundating fields

In kitchens that lack nothing, noisily pours
out the water used to wash rice ; this flood flows
along palms lining canal banks, sylvan groves,
to inundate fields where rice seedling grows.

Kitchens of Kosala country are full that they lack nothing. They cook food for so many people that the water used to wash rice is a flood by itself. From kitchen this water flows along small canals, the banks of which are lined with Betelnut palms and then through groves to inundate fields where rice seedling grows.
